Exports
HeroJournal supports exporting your achievements in multiple formats, making it easy to share your accomplishments during performance reviews or include them in other documents.
Export Formats

How to Export
- Click the Export button in the header (or use Cmd+E / Ctrl+E)
- Select your desired format
- Choose a save location in the file dialog
- Click Save

The Excel export creates a professionally formatted spreadsheet:

What’s Included
Exports include all achievements currently visible (respecting any active filters). They contain:
- Achievement title and date
- All four altitude framework descriptions
- All metrics
- All evidence links
- Tags
Private notes are not included in exports to protect sensitive information.
